Is the contact page broken?

Postby Ciro Pabon on Fri Aug 12, 2011 3:50 am

Well, I saw the title "Pirelli unlikely to use hard tyres for reminder of 2011". I tried to use the "Contact us" page to ask for a correction of this title (it should be "Pirelli unlikely to use hard tyres for remAinder of 2011").

Alas, the contact page does not work. When I try to use the contact page I get an error message.

It says: "If this page doesn't work, use the mail form". How? It is precisely the mail form what's not working!

That is, it says, "to report this broken page, use the very same page that is (apparently) broken". Arrgh.

At least that what's happens in my browser. Am I alone in this?

I wasn't aware of this issue myself but I have tried to use it and you're right, it is broken, so I will let admin know about it okay and I'll also point out the spelling error as well ;)

I hope it's fixed in my lifetime.

It only took three years of my complaints for them to fix "Encylopedia" on the banner.

Great, so work on fixing "motorports" on the index page is estimated for completion in 2015?

They're still better than the Edinburgh tram project, at least :loser:

I hadn't noticed that either :shy: I've asked Crossa if he can amend that one without troubling Admin, I am pretty sure he can.

The contact page has been broken for some time. That's what prompted me to join the forum in 2003.
