There are none. Cigarettes are a cheap product which spans nations, economic status and at it's F1 glory days, a real sense of "being cool"

So the FIA are going to allow Honda a fifth engine without penalty this year. Now given that both Alonso and Button have already used a fifth engine and were in fact penalised for it, that means when they (inevitably) use engine number six, they won't be penalised for that one instead.

Why didn't they just make the rule to allow it before the season started or before they got to needing engine number five? Talk about disorganised!

So much for the new motor... :p

One thing is clear, Fernando never gives up.
But the car is slow and unreliable. I hope they can do something about it. It looked rather old-school to me.

Sad. Maybe they should give them a sixth engine.

Despite rhetoric, I am getting impression that he is begging to have second thoughts about joining McLaren, instead doing something else.

They benefited today from some messy driving by their colleagues, but other than that, it looks like they might just make it at the end, however as Murray would say, catching up is one thing, overtaking (a competitor) is another.

They already told they'll change things in the engine and take the penalties. So, who cares. They want a decent engine for 2016, and that's the only way to do it with the current rules.

They know this is a lost year in sporting terms. Having an extra engine only has economic repercussions (they can get some points, so more $$$ in the end).

Exactly!!! Honda is the only engine supplier able to do extensive R&D work on the track in race conditions.

GMM
McLaren team boss Eric Boullier had said in Hungary: “We still lack 120hp compared to Mercedes. So we need to continue to work under high pressure.”

The Frenchman is also quoted by the Japanese broadcaster NHK: “I hope that Honda is aware of the situation and has a plan to make up for lost time.

“You cannot buy time of course, but you can add resources. So where 450 people is sufficient now for Mercedes, Honda needs 700 so that we can catch up,” said Boullier.

These are some serious numbers (IF factual), and IMO, it also suggests pretty screwed up business model for new entrants exists. As the story says, how to make a million in F1? Well, you start with 1 Billion, and go from there...

Latest news is if Jenson Button doesn't get a drive for McLaren next year, he could end up as a presenter on the new Top Gear

He is also mentioned in potential association with Williams (Haas is a dark horse).

Yes I heard the Williams rumour too, but apparently there is talk Ferrari could keep Kimi for 2016 after all, if that happens then Bottas won't be going anywhere and there will be no space for Jenson there.

Button has the personality to do it. Might be a nice career shift for him. Always wonder what people do whose best years are behind them by the time they turn 30.

I must be out of my mind, but I don't get it. Simple as that. This is what's on the net:

1. Renault and Honda are both estimated about 100 HP down on Mercedes.
2. Honda will spend whole 3 tokens on improvements for next GP event, and gain is estimated around 15 HP. (Wow)!

What does this all means? Is this suppose to be a joke, or real stuff? How many tokens (whatever that represents) are then needed to get ahead, and on what time-line?
